我们只是代购，如：海外/淘宝卖家欺诈，运输公司慢，质量，海外/淘宝卖家发错，缺少或海外/淘宝卖家慢发货，运输途中损坏等问题不在我们能控制的范围内。
买家一旦下单付款后， 本店一律不接受退款/退货等问题。
空运包清关，不包Tax。但是中Tax的几率接近0，遇上Tax，您可委托快递办理，货到才付给递送员。
任何淘宝卖家所照成的问题,本店一律不负责.(如：欺诈,色差,质量差,发少货等)
如卖家欺诈，运输途中损失，品质问题，货不对版，颜色错误等问题，一律不负责
由于货品质量不在本店控制范围内，物品好坏各位自行判断，本店一概不负责。
我们只负责帮您付款，拍下商品并安排空运运入大马和付关税后把货寄给您，其它问题我们一律不负责。
本店并不会替你们验货，所以请买家选择评价高的卖家。
为了避免不必要的误会MM们选购商品时尽量选择信用累计较高的卖家，并且看看卖家评语可以得知卖家发货速度，品质等等 。
代购是有一定的风险的，有时不一定会在预定的时间内到达的。

如遇特别状况，就可能会延误几天。如有不能接受者，本店建议别下单。
所有提供抵达货运天数，不含节日/假日假期，天气影响/海关处理等延误。如果有所延迟我司将不会承担延误赔偿。
快递偶然因天气影响或其他原因延长到货时间都有可能,货运/快递的速度不是我们所能控制的，我们只能尽量跟进货运，委托他们尽快送达，我们同样希望货物能以最快的速度到达买家的手里。请各位买家朋友理解！
我们不代购任何违禁品。例如烟草、易燃易爆物品、液态物品、毒品、动物、植物、电池、仿冒品、Lv Gucci包、Nike Adidas鞋，以及其他国际名牌和其他违禁品. 敬请谅解.
如果买家坚持要购买违禁品，我们将抽取15%的手续费。如果被海关充公了，我们将不负任何责任。

若买方在收到货之后发现卖家发错货等问题一律不会负责，但是会尽能力向淘宝卖家找出解决方案。
请客户在签收之前检查清楚哦。
货品一旦被签收就是默认货品在收到的情况下是齐全和没有问题的。
谨记在签收包裹之前，必须先自行检查货品的重量和数量再签收。
如果包裹破损，必须当场检查并通知送货人员。

Terms & Conditions
Dear shopper, kindly make sure you have understand and agreed for the procedures and terms & conditions before you submit this order form.
We will inform you within 48 hours once we received your order to confirm if the product is available.
We do not allow any changes to the order once payment has been made.
We will only refund to those OOS items, any cancellation of order will not be refund.
Items may delay in arriving if the overseas merchants run out of stock.
Items may be held by the relevant customs authorities for inspection and may delay delivery time. We will not be responsible for any delays or confiscation of items/shipments due to customs regulations infringements.
International shipping will not include TAX.
Any importation taxes or other fees incurred will be borne by the buyer. Please check with the destination customs authorities for more information.
Quality problem which we cannot control because we are not selling the item directly to you , we are just helping you to buy from overseas merchant.
Please note that we are not responsible for items not meeting your expectation.
We are able to change any defects found in the item (However, you have to pay for the shipment fees if you decide to exchange the item. But we will negotiate with the seller first if their fault.)
Goods arriving to your doorstep, please do a inspection in front of the delivery courier, if the parcel item less, please don”t sign and return back to the courier.
Seller shipped the wrong goods, fraudulent shop shall not be responsible for, but we we'll do our best to help you solve.
If item losses during delivery, we will not refund or take any responsibility on your parcel, but we'll try our best to help you trace it back.
When you received your shipment and there is any problem,
please take photo of the goods as well as the packing, and send the photo with problem description
to 512 Customer Service within 24 hours after receive the package.
Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that your items get lost in transit, we will compensate you for up to SGD 100.00 per consignment.
Prohibited Shipping Items
Items prohibited by Singapore custom/law like imitation brand, Lv Gucci bags, Nike Adidas shoes, chewing gum, tobacco, drugs, perfumes, weapons, explosives, flammable or highly contaminative items.
